JoAnna M. McDonald became a historian in 1993 and published the first of ten books on Civil War and World War II history in 1996. McDonald took over the project of writing THE LIBERATION OF POINTE DU HOC: THE 2D RANGERS AT NORMANDY from Dr. Michael Soller.
